Bob Woodward
By: Theodora Moutinho
Bob Woodward was born in Geneva, Illinois in 1943. He is now the associate editor of the well-known news outlet, The Washington Post. His best work is about the Watergate Scandal, therefore he covers mostly American politics. That's his main interest and he wrote 19 books about politics, 13 of those were top sellers in the U.S.
Woodward attended Yale to study history and English literature. He was also in the Navy for a few years. As for his awards and major achievements he contributed to two Pulitzer Prizes, has been a recipient of nearly every major American journalism award and those include the Heywood Broun Award, Worth Bingham prize, William Allen white medal and the Elijah Parish Lovejoy Award.
Although it is not known how much money he makes per post, his net worth is around 25 million. He has worked for the same company since 1971 and became one of the world's most famous reporters due to the Watergate Scandal which involved Nixon.
His stories:
"Nixon fired the man investigating him. Will Trump?"
In this article, he is comparing Nixon firing a private investigator to ex-president, Trump. He was wondering if Donald would do the same as Nixon as if he were hiding something (he was, this was published in 2018).

Bush at War
He wrote a few books about the Bush administration and how they related to the 9/11 attacks.
Watergate Scandal
His most famous work was the Watergate Scandal. He worked with Carl Bernstein to report on the burglary that happened in the HQ of the Democratic National Committee. This article exposed Nixon's dirty tricks during his re-election. The theives were connected to Nixon and there was evidence of him trying to clean it all up. The American people and general public despised Nixon after this story came out. Woodward was responsible for Nixon's "bad" reputation.
